PROUDLY PRINTING FOR GRANDE PRAIRIE AND AREA BUSINESSES
Do you have questions related to our business? The below FAQs might solve your queries. If your questions are still not answered, please contact us.
Can I email in my artwork or logo?
What file formats work best for my artwork?
We support a variety files types, however, the best one for us, and you, is a PDF file as it is least likely to show design differences from one machine to the next. Most home design programs will allow you to export or save a file as a PDF. We also ask if you are sending us artwork that you send us a JPEG file of the PDF so we can make sure that nothing has changed from your original file. Please check your saved files as well to make sure that nothing has changed when you saved it as a PDF.
What file formats work best for my logo?
If you have a logo you would like to use on your projects, please send us a PDF, EPS or AI file.
What does “full bleed” mean?
"Full bleed" is a printing term that refers to any image or colour area that goes off the edge of a sheet after trimming. The bleed area is the part of your artwork that needs to extend 1/8" beyond the paper size or finish size of your artwork. If possible, please also include crop marks or trim marks when you are saving your file.
